- Bookings are paid in advance. All prices include GST.
- Cancellations and refunds follow our cancellation policy.
- Walk-in time is charged in 15-minute blocks, rounded up, with 15 minutes as the minimum. Booked time is paid in advance and is never charged extra.
- Show your booking code at the counter.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your session starts, so you can check in and get set up.
- Your session starts and ends at the time you booked. Arriving late does not extend it: your time is counted from the booked start.
- We hold your spot for 15 minutes after the start time. After that it may be given to someone else.
- Please treat the equipment and other guests with care. Staff may end a session for unsafe or abusive behaviour.
- Membership benefits (discount and free play) apply while a membership is active.
